Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive and electronics sectors.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and OEM customers.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–5 years of sales experience in automotive components, electronics, manufacturing, or industrial products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of automotive wiring harnesses, sensors, connectors, and electronic components.
• Experience dealing with OEMs, Tier-1, or Tier-2 automotive suppliers.
• Strong presentation and business development skills.
