Job Responsibilities
- Validation of circuit testing jig with master NG and OK Sample.
- Knowledge of preparation PFMEA, Process Audit
- Can create the boundary samples on basis of customer specific drawings
- Assist for inspection for MSA.
- Inspection knowledge through drawing.
- Handling knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Validation of final inspection board.
- Support for internal rejection data analysis (Collection and temporary action.)
- Ensure correct FIC prepared
- Support for ISO documentation
- Assist collection and preparation of evidence of countermeasure
- Prepare inspection report for SPC and provide the data for the study.
- Review support and updating of Control Plan and Process Quality Control sheet as per plan or requirement and department guidelines & maintaining 5’S in Deptt.
- Training to new manpower.
- Make new part FIC.
- In-process quality supervision as per system.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Quality environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong team management abilities.
- Knowledge of Quality processes,7QC Tools, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
